New security system
I have been using this company to service the alarm each year. It was starting to give problems due to age. My security system had to be replaced due to this. Engineer came at time arranged . David worked very efficiently and professionally installing the new system. He brushed up and cleaned up after work was done. He gave me simple instructions on use and kept me up to date. I would strongly recommend this company who work in a very professional manner.

A prompt response from BDI. An efficient job, well done by a most helpful and courteous technician who understood what we required , completing the work to a high standard in a very professional manner. All the original equipment and packages were removed from the premises. Before leaving the technician carefully explained the operation of the system and that if there were any further queries he left a contact number. On the basis of the work done we would recommend this company and would have no hesitation using them again
